- Please do not smoke inside any of our Static Caravans.
- Caravans available from 3.00pm on day of arrival, to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.
- A deposit equal to the first 2 nights of stay to be paid upon confirmation of booking, balance to be paid on arrival.
- For Christmas bookings we require a deposit of 50% with the balance payable at the start of December.
- Your booking is only secured once the deposit has been paid and you have received a receipt as proof of this either by email or post. If you don't receive anything please check your spam email folder or please get in touch with us.
- If you make changes to your booking after it is secured, again please ask for a receipt as proof of the changes either by email or post. In the event of a cancellation please inform us immediately.
- If we are unable to re-let, we reserve the right to be reimbursed for any loss involved, but if we are given enough notice and are able to re-let then we usually try to return some of your deposit minus a fee for our time.
- Please report any breakages to us and they will need to be paid for.
- Caravans to be left in a clean and tidy condition.
- Children are welcome but must be supervised on the farm by responsible adults at all times. Please remember children (and adults!) must always wash their hands properly with soap and water after petting any of the farm animals or before eating.
- Dogs are welcome (except in Caravans 5 and 6) but they are NOT to be left unattended in the caravan, and must be kept on a lead around the farm buildings.
- We do NOT allow pets inside Caravans 5 and 6 as they are reserved for allergy sufferers.
