The Peak District has many unspoiled old pack routes and bridle ways perfect for exploring on horse back. There are a number of good horse riding centre's around the Peak District which can cater for most abilities from children's lessons to all day treks.

Bring your own Horse

If you would like to bring your own horse we do have a stable you can use. Grazing is sometimes available if the field conditions are suitable or we can provide you with Hay. If your looking for specialist facilities there are a number of other very good farm holiday accommodation providers in the area.

Please see the Peak District Farm Holiday website for details, scroll down the list and look for properties with a horse symbol. The closest to us is Rushop Hall near Castleton, 20 minutes drive and is next to the Pennine Bridleway.
